ORF Kalpana Chawla Annual Space Policy Dialogue

The ORF-Kalpana Chawla Space Initiative was launched in March 2015 by Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament and Chairman of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on External Affairs. The initiative seeks to bring all key stakeholders from the scientific, commercial and strategic domains of outer space every year to engage on issues pertaining to security, management and peaceful use of outer space.
